The accommodation is full of character and charm offering THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin situated on the first floor. All rooms on the first floor have areas of limited headroom. The bathroom has a handheld shower over bath and WC. Downstairs shower room with WC. The lounge with character beams, woodburner (first basket of logs free between October and May inclusive), iPod dock, flatscreen TV and DVD.The dining room is spacious with doors leading outside. Four steps lead up to the kitchen with range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and French doors out to the separate enclosed patio with private hot tub. Outside there is a spacious enclosed garden with patio and seating, leading directly to the play area.
